Sedona, Arizona. For a weekend trip, it’s the perfect spot to get away from it all and close enough to home that you won’t be stuck on a flight for forever.

I mean, it’s got everything you love! Mountain biking, kayaking, and hiking through their creeks and red cliff rocks. Way more pretty than what you are stuck with in H-Town.

PLUS, after you get naturey, you can still enjoy fine food and a nice place to stay. Be rough and tumble during the day and be catered to in the evening.

But seriously, have you SEEN Sedona? Sunrise over them cliffs, baby. Talk about a view. Leave your laptop and iPad at home. You won’t be needing them.

I’ve always wanted to go to Costa Rica. Hiking through the rain forest sounds like a great idea to me. And with your outdoorsy nature, you’ll feel right at home.

I really had a great time in the Philippines. And there is so many things to do there from hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, sightseeing, and it’s very inexpensive relatively so you can get more bang for your free bucks!

Must see: Chocolate hills, Bataan Cross, Puerto Princesa Underground River, and of course Fayza, you NEED to check out the Tarsiers while there!

Ah. I don’t know about slowing down time, but I do know about time traveling… All you need to do is to travel to one of the Earth’s axis, and run around it in the direction of time you wish to travel. The more laps around it you do, the more days you go forward or backwards in time. Once you have sufficiently moved around enough days, you can go back and have more time to do what it is before you need to do it…

I always thought this had something to do with time periods relative to what we know. That is, when I was 5 years old, a year was a fifth of my life, a major chunk. Now that I’m 30, it’s just a mere thirtieth, just a whisper. The solution, then, would be to think about the past as little as possible and live in the moment. It isn’t working too well for me, though… Good luck.
